Extracting a backup cd that has errors
 

I have San Fransisco Rush 2049 and my "backup"
copy has errors when i extract it using disc juggler! Is there anyway or program or anyway to extract this disc without errors! It says like unreadable data supplying 1 dummy block. Can someone tell me if these dummy blocks that disc juggler put in the cdi file will mess the game up when i play
