Faulty modchip
 

HI guys, right i got myself a messiah2 in my ps2 and have a pioneer 106 dvd burner.

i have managed to backup my matrix game but am struggling with others. it plays half the game then crashes???why is it doing this

i have to dsay that i didnt use the dark purple disks as suggested and also am just runing it off cdrwin 5

could these be the porblems or have i got a bad chip or am i doin something wrong??

also how on esarth do you make a backup of a dvd movie?? they are like over 7gb???????do you have to rip?? can anyone explain how i do this please and what software to use

its probly cause ur useing cheap dvd-rs and another reason cdr win i would try useing primo dvd or record now max then see if the game plays all way through then if that dose not fix it its porb ur media. Who did the chip for u and is it a real m2 and about dvd moives very ez to do u can get a prog called dvdxpresscopy its the easyest for beginers i use dvd shrink but it will take u some time to learn how to use it if u never did a movie b4 u can find out all about this in the dvd movie fourm on here but i would say its cause ur useing cdrwin i never heard of people doing dvd copys on that prog but i guess u can

use record now max from what i hear cdrwin 5 is a crapy fake
