MP3 cannot play
 

I made a recording in MP3 format at a bitrate 128kbps using the Terapin CD Recorder, the CD-r could not play on my PC running on Win95 with Media Player 6.4.
Subsequently I used another PC running on the same OS but with Media Player 7, the same result encountered.
However after changing the CD Rom, the same CD-R was use to test but the result was the same.
Nothing was done for several week and another test was done using the same CD-r, this time it could play. this incident puzzle me. Have anybody encountered similiar problem.
Please advice
