nice chioce of cd
use them myself, but if i get something that wont read them i use cheap datawrite cd with a deep pale blue colour(not green) older thing read them better |
Verbatim datalife plus have a blue write surface similar to ps2 cd write surface. Found that these work fine every time. Not the cheapest cd-r but never get any coasters.
Sum older CD players don't like em so keep sum datawrite cheap green write surface cd's for music but never use em for ps2 stuff. Regards |
Hmmm....have just noticed that mine an dusts replies totally contradict each other.
Verbatim datalife CD's have green write surface. Verbatim datalife plus have blue write surface. I use these an get no problems. as for datawrite, They do both colour write surfaces as well but had 100 of the blue surface ones and out of 100 47 were flawed on the write surface and unusable, I guess sum dirt got into machine as the write surface was bein sprayed on but have never trusted them since. My local shop does cheap bulk datawrite green write surface which I never had a problem wiv yet and seem to work fine on older cd players. for sum reason blue write surface cd's don't like my car stereo so have to use datawrite ones. Cheap Verbatim Data Life Plus
If you have a Sam's Club near you, they usually carry a 100 pk of Verbatim for $20, its where I get all of my cds.
