newer games dont work on the hdd????
 

It seems to me some games dont want to run off the hdd, but seem to be fine on a dvd-r. I've used the xiso patch, but it still wont work. Is there something i am missing???

Have you tried patching it with Craxtion ? ...

ok bear with me here, its been a long time since i really pissed around with this stuff.


i believe i just put the exox d6 bin on my matrix

the patch i used was the xiso v105 patch

game:indiana jones. but my brother used several games: wwe raw 2, simpsons hit and run.

he also tried the craxion and it didnt work


the dogs names are tango and tessa, 2 labs, but they are gonna be R.I.P. very soon if they dont stop barkin :)

Have you tried disabling the IGR?
 

I had a lot of trouble with Indianna and Burn Out 2 Quall told me to try disabling the in game reset bingo worked fine!!

Both of those worked for me on my main box which is a V1.0 Xbox with an X-Tender chip soldered ... flashed then taken out ... [as standard no flashing] ...

So maybe the newer MOD chips have probs when they get flashed ... i.e. it probably depends on the BIOS you are using then ...
