which patch or no cd do i need that will make a safedisc game work in any computer without the need for clone \alcohol to be installed on the computer the game is going to be played on
(what i mean is no more hide cdr media \ignore media type atip check when playing from a burner)

so i take it theres not one
yet a friend of mine at work bought backup copys of the internet (which i would think would be ilegall) and the seller said they will work in any computer. without asking what software\configuration of the computer they were going to be played
the reason im asking is because my son has a computer as well as me but me and his mother dont live together and the only way i can backup his games for him is by getting him to install alcohol\clone etc which his mother does not want.

Okay I'm tired that's mean I'm confused. But ehter way I understand one thing, this is a warez question no doubt about it. But I can't tell you exactly how. I'm to tired to follow the red line. i never said i bought copys of the net i said a workmate did i want to be able to do it with my originals.
what i was referring to was if someone i know can buy copies that are guarenteed to work on any machine it can be done with backups of your originals cant it.

Depends on the game and how perfect your backups are.

also depends on the hardware you have as well

one of them is c&c generals from ea (2 discs) one with safedisc 2.8 and one unprotected

Theres a newbie guide somewhere. Also this question has been answered several times and should be locatable by searching this forum.

Install game off original CD.
Update/patch game to whatever version
Play game and verify it works.

Locate No-CD crack for your version.
Read directions and download.
Replace original installed files with cracked files.
Play without CD headaches.

If that doesnt work, search this forum for threads regarding the crack. You may want to research threads anyways before downloading crack.
