Witch one would be the best chip that can play ntsc and pal games without patching the pal games and can play divx files,
for a version 4 ps2.

All mods let you play pal and ntsc games, but patching is required if you tv doesn't support both formats. Or you can buy an expensive digital converter.

PS2 Reality Player will let you play divx on your ps2.
