SCSI for ps2 ??

hi folks!

i want to connect a hdd to my ps2. is it possible to connect an formatted fat32 hdd to the console? how it works? and which connection is the ps2 using (IDE or SCSI)? and what advantages i have got if i connent the hdd?

No, sony use it's own format and it's own HDD with special firmware.
Although you can connect your IDE HDD if you have PS2 network adaptor but you need a non sony utility to fromat your HDD that still is not fully matured.
the advantage : you can install compatible games on your HDD and load them faster, with BB navigator you can browse internet and download pics. movies,... and some other stuff.

Why don't you check your PM ?
It's illegal because they've cracked sony utility for working with non sony HDD.
