patching .ppf

hi i downloaded the Pro_Evolution_Soccer_PS2_NTSC_Patch-PS2CHIMPS.ppf from the file section...can someone tell me how to patch it....i have the bin and cue file..

Use PPF-O-Matic v3. Select your .bin and select your patch.ppf and click apply. That easy.
