how do i backup this disk ? and what does it mean in gamecopyworld about cd or no cd

There are different cracks on GameCopyWorld:

Fixed Exe = like the original exe but riped off the protection, needs backup cd
NoCD = You can play the game without a cd insert. Read the NFO that comes with the crack! Perhaps there are files to copy from cd to hd.
