Backing up 007 Nightfire (PS2)
 

I successfully backed up Devil May Cry onto a DVD+RW (It works). However, I also tried 007 Nightfire using the same procedure (used DVD Decryptor) and it won't boot. Do I need to patch it? If so, where do I get it?

I'm using a Magic 3.1 chip, and have a v5 PS2 if thats relevent

Don't use +rw. Try a +r or -r if possible.

No dvds other than for cheats or regional settings will need a patch. Especially a patch to help it boot.

i'm still amazed you actually got a +RW to boot on a v5, the success rate in doing that on my v5 is like almost never :(

still, my new v9 won't give me any more problems like that :D

I had a v5 that could boot up any media I threw at it. Including RW.
