Simcity 4 - graphics rules.sgr
 

Just bought rush hour and im getting "graphics rules.sgr cannot be parsed" I am told to reinstall Simcity 4 which is a problem as i run it off a no cd crack. So does anyone know how to get round this problem or better still someone able to send me the original 'graphics rules.sgr' file.

Take the file from your original cd !
If you don't have the original cds - read the board rules and leave !!!

For the reason why noone here can check if you lie, noone here will send you the file.
Ask the developer (EA, Infogrames ?) for a replacement of your cds.

then you're either SOL--you need a working copy of the ORIGINAL CD to get help here--or you're lying and have a warezed copy. Which is it?

Dope__Man, the only one who can help you is EA. Even if we send you that file, what would you do the next time you have to reinstall the game ? Ask for the rest of the files here ? Contact EA, as long as you have something as proof of purchase like a manual, they will send you a replacement for a small price.

PS If your original really is damaged and you can read most files ok, you might still be able to read it by using Alcohol120% to make an image at 1x or 4x speed (the lowest you can get).
