Optorite DD0203 - not working
 

Hi guys,

I bought the Optorite DD0203 yesterday and i installed it. Nero(6) did not recognize the suplied brand saying that it was defective, the bundled software did not find it as suitable either. I bought a Ritek and a bulkpaq DVD-R disks and i have used nero to burn 4.5 GB on them. None of them could be read on my pioneer dvd-rom or the dvd burner. Also when i insert the burned disks in the burner it will cause my pc to reboot. I have updated the firmware to 2.16 before using the burner.

Please let me know if i am missing something here. I have already emailed the store i bought it regarding this since i beleive i have a bad drive.

any advice, help, pointers will be apreciated.
