Burn many video clips on a dvd+RW? Help?

Help. I downloaded a bunch of Charmed episodes and I put them on CDs. I have almost all of the episodes. Ok, this is my question. How do I burn them all to a DVD+RW so they will play in any DVD player or the Playstation 2? Also, how do I do it to make, so when it loads in the Playstation 2 that a menu comes up? Is there an EASY program that will do this? I have a DVD player/burner combo drive. It is new and it has the newest version of EasyCD creator on it. (I think). Please I hope someone can help me. I have never had any luck with Nero Burning Rom, and when I take it off of my computer it messes up with my burner drivers. I really want to learn how to do this. I am also trying to download all of the Family Guy and Futurama cartoons. I would love to do same thing with those too. Help, please. : ) If you would rather e-mail me, my e-mail is [email protected].

Thanks, Tiffany Lea

Does your dvd player support vcd? If not you are screwed, unless you buy a dvd burner.

dvd

It is a dvd burner, but that does not answer my question. Example - I would like to put all of season 1 episode to a dvd+rw cd, but have a menu or something so I don't have to sit and watch all of season 1. Where I can choose 1x22 or to watch 1x08. Does that make sense? Now, I now that I will not be able to get all of season 1 on one cd, or can I? If the cd is 4.7GB. Please I hope you can help me a little.

Thanks,

I don't know about the vcd thing. You might have to explain.

"DVD player/burner combo drive" made it sound like a cd-rw/dvd-rom drive. All dvd burners can play dvds. Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator and Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2 will allow you to burn to dvd and create menus.

Most older DVD players do not play DVD+R/RW.
And im possitive a PS2 will not. It was made long before DVD+R/RW were out.

DVD players will play DVD-R and some even DVD-RW.
PS2 will play DVD-R, but not DVD-RW. And it also will not play VCD/SVCD,

Many corrections needed here.

1. Do you think they just made PS2s when they were released and quit making them? There are 9 different versions of the PS2 now, v1, v2, v3, etc. The very early ones do not play +r/+rw well or at all. v5 and up will generally play +r/+rw.

2. You make it sound like all dvd players will play dvd-r, which isn't true. You can check here to see which types of media your dvd player will support.

3. The info above for +rw PS2 support goes the same for -rw.

as for the menu system. Just search for "dvd menu applications" I would use Premiere Pro myself but it might be a little hard to learn, depends on the person.

also, pay attention to what kind of dvds you buy.. it's a little confusng right now with the different formats. DVD+R, DVD-R ... Im pretty sure that DVD+R is better for dvd players and DVD-R better for dvd roms (dvd drives in your computer) but im not too sure about that.. I dont like to mess with RW
