Yes, it seems that a game with that name really exists. It's funny, "Hidden Stroke" makes me think it's a game for cardiologists :D Aside from the bad name, it seems there doesn't exist a crack for the game yet. You can always try Alcohol120% to make an image of your original disc and run from that, other than that I don't think you'll find a crack.

to use that file you need to change the file extention from .exe to .iso then burn the ISO to a disc and it should work for you.

Hidden stroke need a fix
 

I am also looking for a fix for this game but have been unable to find a fix yet can anyone help?
