Trouble with v-box on dreamcast
 

Can anyone help, I have a vga box connected to my dreamcast
and i am using a s-video lead from my dreamcast. Pal plays back in colour but jap and ntsc play back in black and white on my monitor is this normal or should they be in colour.Please help....
