Yeah ive been doing the back and fourth ftp thing but i want to do it from xbox only.
Ive tried using box explorer but all it lets me do is highlight the files. |
wow this is weird i just finished replying to another post and i told him to do what axmichigan told u to do with ur type of problem. i use boxplorer and hasnt failed me yet. i asked my installer if i coud install games on my xbox straight from the disc drive to the hardrive and he said that no ...but boy was he wrong...hehe ever sinse then i have been using this method for all of my games. and it really comes in handy for those games that are over 4.37gb.

remember l and r are different modes
use one for the dvd the other for the destination goto the dvd click all copy u should be good |
it also depends on what version of boxplorer you have. the eariler ones didn;t have file transferring ability. it wasn;t until the release of the .96 beta that you could transfer stuff to your box

Why not use HDDloader?
This will transfer a game to your HD with one click of a button. It also patches on the fly and V1.2 deals with the long file name problems of some of the newer games. :D |
Sweet tnx for all your help guys. Ive managed from becommin a complete noob to knowing how to use this thing. I must say the xbox homebrew scene is awesome
|
So then how do you launch?
I am using FlashFXP - I can copy the entire game directory onto my Xbox's HD - but then in evo how do I launch it?
