Install issues Newbie

I have downloaded some games and have not been able to install?
the error I get is usally a dll error and tells me to reinstall?
i need help or can someone please point me in the right direction.:confused:

not sure if you are being funny or do you mean go rent the game then return it and then apply what i downloaded?
