where has my colour gone ? :(
Hi folks
I ordered a copy of the original Gone in 60 seconds(1973) from the states, asuming i would be able to make a back up that would be region free and play on my region2 player i have tried dvd shrink v3 which produced a black and white copy and also gave me jumpy sound :( i also tried clonedvd keaving out some extras so that the it woud fit, the sound was fine but the picture was still black and white can anybody shed some light on this for me ? The problem is that the original dvd is NTSC (the American format) while your equipment is PAL.
A scart lead to connect your player and tv may solve this, otherwise try different televisions or dvd players. You could convert it to PAL but this is long winded and will suffer from slight loss in quality. |
rite thats sorted, now for the next part of the problem,
went halfy s on the original with my m8 who has a ps2 ive tried the disk in the ps2 and using a scart lead it plays in black and white or with the rgb for copied games it plays in green, any ideas on that 1 ? |
PS2 is crap for ntsc dvds, every one I have tried will only play it in black and white. Not sure of what can be done except getting a good player.
