DVD ripper with subtitle???

Hello!
Can someone tell me if there is a DVD ripper that ripps top vcd format and can put the subtitle in tha movie.

If there isnt any, how do I do to get the subtitle on the vcd movie???

DVD2SVCD has the option to keep the subtitles....
