Video Problems... Is it the media?
 

Hey guys here are my stats:

No-Soldier Mod Chip (I know you guys don't like these, but it boots games for me)
Pioneer A03
PS2 v4
Memorex DVD-Rs

Here is my problem, copied Midnight Club 2 with out any problems, burnt it at 1X, booted PS2, game took a little to load and when I got to the RockStar screen, the video for it displayed frame at a time, it went thru the whole video (took a while) and then froze.

I have a feeling its the media, or my A03 (I hope not because I just got it.)

Please help... This was my first DVD burn and I don't want to make anymore (expensive) coasters.

It's the media = Memorex can be a bit touch and go. Try some Verbatim or Ritek stable media. Hope this helps...
