FFX-2 English patch?
 

Hey i just got my FFX-2 Jap version in the mail, cos im an addict and have dled a script for the game!

Anyways the script only made things a fraction easier, and playing the game is a pain in the ass, so much I havnt touched it in a week!!

Anyways i saw their is a translation for WE7 so was wondering if anyone knew of a translation patch for X-2 subtitles and menu and such.. i know it probably doesnt exist but cant blame me for tryin :)

I don't think that there is any translation patch for X-2 out there.

The only games I know of that people have made english patches for have been the Winning Eleven series. Ive never seen another english patch for anything else, so dont hold your hopes up.

Why bother? A usa release has been confirmed, for THIS YEAR no less.

Yeah but novemeber is far far away

Just think how far away an english patch will be. Especially since nobody is making one.

Hes right, an english patch, even if many were working on it, would take years.

Just curious, but why did you buy a game that obviously would need extensive knowledge of Japanese, especially when an English version is coming out in a few months?

Yes. Yes we are. Very. I played Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for about an hour, having NO CLUE what I was doing. Still fun though.
