I have just brought a new Pioneer 106 but I am new to the DVD copy thing. I cant seem to be able to copy anything I get the DVD copyright message, and it will not read it. I am using nero 6. please someone help me have I wasted my money buying the 106??

You can't just stick in a dvd and burn it unless you use dvdxcopy. If you want to use Nero you have to rip the movie with dvd decrypter or smart ripper first.

ty Big hap, so I have to download dvdXcopy? is it easy to use. I have no clue.lol
|
Dvdxcopy is very easy, but it is not free. You can download a demo from their site, www.dvdxcopy.com . Regular dvdxcopy will usually require you to use two discs, as it does not compress. If you want to use use only one disc and don't mind a little compression try dvdxcopy xpress.

Error occured reading Sectors!! :-(( I tried two dvd's and got the same message on both |
Are your dvds scratched or dirty? You might also try playing a minute or two of the movie on your computer then try burning.
