now even more problems
 

now my outlook wont even connect to any my mail severs man this is makeing me mad i will go and reformat the pc again this time on slow format cause theres something wrong cause it never did the transfering by its self and laggan my pc down b4 when i formated

Go to Tools > Accounts > Select Your troublesome account > Properties > Servers. Check that the POP3 and SMTP are pointing to the correct address (my freeserve account occasionally does this).

Also, check your account details (Username, Passwords) are also correct.
