Pal or ntsc? They have a pal rip kit here

Looke 08-08-2003 08:08

PAL
but how does the ripkit works? how do i do to get my dvd game to fit on the cd-r when i have the rip kit?

You have to rip an image of the game onto your computer using a dvd-rom. The ripkit will tell you step by step instructions on what to do next.

ah so i cant fix it with djust a cd-r burner and a cd-r?

bighap 08-08-2003 09:14

No. You need at least a dvd-rom to get the image on your HD.

when i open the vamipre cd-r on my computer i saw that it was 2 catalogs before i came to the game catalog on the cd
can that be the problem?

bighap 08-08-2003 10:22

Don't know. I dont know the technicalities of ripping as I have never needed to rip. A dvd burner was a great investment.:D

Looke 08-08-2003 10:37

yeah i have thought about that :) but dont want to buy anyone right now becouse my friend has one maybe so i wait and see :)

bighap 08-08-2003 10:39

Then why don't you have your friend burn the game?
