Gameshark question
 

I am wanting to know if the gameshark2 version2 can be used with the messiah or messiah2 on a 39001 console

I don't think so. But why do you want to use Version2? If you do some research, I am sure you can find a Version3 somewhere which works on a M2 moded v7 no problem.

My situation is that I have 2 PS2's modded with messaih and messaih2. I was given a gameshark2 v2 by my brother who is mailing it to me. I was just wondering if I would be able to use it with either one of my PS2's so I can use the codes and other functions of the gameshark or is there another product I can use with my setups that will allow the codes, extra lives, ammo and etc..................

I'm not sure about the original messiah, but the GS2 v2 will definitely work with the Messiah2.

my original messiah didnt like my Ar2 V2 too much, but my messiah 2 loves meh Ar2 V2. so.....erm.....
