it couldn't run it by itself, nor could i use winrar on it,

The crack works fine !!...thanks for posting it. (you dont need to use winzip or winrar on it as its not compressed !)

Put the file in your Vietcong game folder and just double click it, the game will start up.

You will need to create a shortcut to it as if you click the original .exe file it will ask you for your cd.....hope this clears up any confusion.

hey u right.. it does work anyway... why did the guy ask us to use winrar? anyway... doesnt matter. Many thanks to him and , the makers of the no-cd crack, that I can get back to playing the best game i played so far.. 'vietcong' again, without playing around with cd's.

I don't understand it, the crack doesn't work! If I start this file in the Vietcong folder nothing happens!

Don`t bother with it now if your having problems as gamecopyworld has a fixed .exe file that replaces the original .exe file and works a treat......you can find it on the main page > just scroll down to this date 19 July 2003 and you will see it.

Well if you want some help here, it's handy if you tell us WHAT went wrong. Can't download it ? Can't decompress it ? Don't know where to put it ? Does it crash ? Does it produce an error message ? We're not psychics you know...
