Chaser German and Patch 1.47 not working
 

i have the german version from Chaser and i will install the latest Patch 1.47 german but the Patch need the ARX.exe but i dont have this. i can not found in the install dir or cd. what can i do?

Is the patch supposed to work with the German Version of the Game? According to THIS over on the official site, the patch is only for the English Versions of the game..

But that AR.exe file should be in the Data folder of CD1.. at least it was on the UK Version..

Mmmmm..... could it be that the setup is referring to a demo version of Arx Fatalis ? I've seen Jowood games with that demo included, but I don't know if Chaser has it....

Nope. I also have only the ar.exe in the data-folder on disc 1 in the german version. Nothing on disc 2.

Still running on the first german released version 1.40.

the 1.47 patch have a better EAX Sound and many other fixes.

You are obviously trying to install the patch on a warez version, Scoty28.

So. Installed the patch and no errors. Even with my safety copies no probs.

you have no error ???? have you install the arx.exe??

No error and never been asked for arx.exe
