Messiah 1 compatability with new PS2'S
 

Hi, My V4 PAL PS2, modded with the original Messiah 1 chip has recently went tits up, fried laser.

Ouestions: Will my original Messiah 1 chip work with the latest versions of PS2?

If so should I follow the same solder points as the Messiah 2 but with the exception of the clock wire?
Are the pin outs of the messiah and messiah 2 the same?

Any help is appreciated

Nope. Either get a replacement laser or new ps2 and mod.
