AOE2 NO-CD and no Multiplayer
 

How is it possible to use AOE2 with no-CD Patch and Multiplayer. In my case my computer always wants to have the original CD.
Has anybody a solution for this problem?

i had this problem as the nocd patch on gcw is from a beta version of the game meaning the game will work single player but not multiplayer.

this is how i fixed it....

do a full installation of aoe 2
use unsafedisc1 from gamecopyworld on the icd file
play game with testme.exe

problem fixed!!!!
ps: this also works for the aoe2: the conquerers expansion

it is surely the crack try a crack from www.megagames.com surely one of those will help you. good luck
