Multiple Dvd Writers
 

Whenever I use Nero I see the option that let's us click to use multiple recorders....Can I put Two Pioneers in my computer?
Can I put three? What are the requirements for more than one burner? I already have it installed somewhere....so this is not a priority....Just wondering...

Yep, Nero works fine with 2 Pioneer DVD writers.
Put them on different IDE channels if u can,
they seem to run better this way.

I aint't sure about more than 2, But some1 will know

I tried it last night... I put them both on the same ide because I forgot what you saiud about different channels....Anyway.....I burned a dvd image to my hard drive and then tried Nero..I clicked Use muliple recorders.....Here's my question..... Do I check 2 copies or just 1....If I am using two burners and I am making 1 copy..Is that 1 copy per burner...If I check 2 copies...is that really 4...Well I tried it and seemed like it was working great....Both burners held up with their cache....and got to 100 percent at the time I thought it would take....but then it just hung there and the clock was still counting. I had to Ctrl Alt Del out of Nero....The one dvd burned fine...but the other wrote only about 1 percent as far as I could see....Hmmmmmm...SO today I put the first drive as a master on its own ide and the second as a slave of the hard drive.....Of course I can't use dvd shrink on both at the same time....but I can do it in my other computer with a Cendyne and a Lite on Rom....Weird.....Well...I might just stick to using one burner in one computer...unless anyone else has any suggestions/.....
