A question about Recordnow Max tutorial
 

I notice that it says the Autorun shield should be on and the auto insert notification should be off. How do I turn it off?

IIRC, RecordNow will just handle that stuff for you automagically while it's running. It uses the GEAR engine which is QUITE nice in that regard.

Thanks for the help guys. I was wondering, what role does Auto notification have in making a backup and why is it important to turn it off?

I personally have never turned it off. I just make an image and burn. Not one coaster.:cool:
