I have nero 5.5 can you burn from mp3 to wav?
 

I know this is a little off topic but I read the instructions on my Nero and it tells me I can go from wav to mp3. Can it be reversed. Also if anyone has this or similar Nero it says after I transfer 30 tracks to mp3 I will need to purchase a plug in to do anymore as they have to pay a licensing fee, I already paid 100$ for the program and I am not to impressed with having to buy a plug in. Although IMO Nero is the best burning program out there.

Yeah, I like Nero too. I haven't burned any mp3's lately but I remember having problems with it too. I did a search and found a simple utility that converted them and then burned them with Nero.

delvil you are correct. the standard in the box nero comes with only a 30 mp3/ mp3 pro trial you have to buy the unlimited patch to convert more than that.

You can burn them to a cd and it will convert automatically, but like said above, the plugin costs money.

So I can just take the mp3 files and when I am about to burn them to a cd I just change it to wav or does it do it automatically, I just want go from mp3 to wav not the other way around.

devilsminion...yeah all u do is drag and drop ur mp3 files to the compilation section and whalla ...nero will automatically burn the mp3 to an audio cd

yah, just make sure you choose "audio cd" as you setup.
