RecordNow Max problems
 

Hi i started burning some ps2 games following the guide. Anyways I do a test a burn if ok. Anyways around 80% of the test burn i get an error:

Terminated with errors
Error-10 at sector 0 - Command:52 Sense: 05 ASC 24 ASCQ:00

Should i skip the test burn and burn? I dont wana waste a dvd-r if there is a problem tho. Any help thanks!

Make sure you are using 4.50 and have your burner set as master. I would then try burning to a dvd-r. Make sure your original is in good shape and clean too.

I have this pesky virtual drive, which may be causing problems how do i get rid of it?

I highly doubt the virtual drive is the prob.

Ok,

From the RNM application window, click on View>Show Log, and post back with the recent error output.

A couple of other questions that may help to shed some light on your problem: -

1. Are you multi-tasking in any way while performing the read/write ?
2. Are you connected up to the internet while performing the read/write?
3. What version RNM are you using?
4. Have you installed the latest PX engine update?
5. What O/S have you got?
6. What DVD writer have you got & what firmware is it running?
7. How have you got the drive set up (primary slave/secondary master/secondary slave)?
8. What other burning software have you got installed on your PC?
