Boot Problem
 

I just installed the X2.1 pro and when I boot it up it boots up twice and makes a wierd humming noise at first and then I get a Green/Red Blinking Light with nothing on the screen.I read in a tutorial that this means probably a bad chip. But the Xbox does work the the chip turned off....on when I turn the chip on and boot does it do this. Does anyone else know about this and what else it could mean? I'd like to rule out some possibilities.

As far as I know there are only three real possibilities. A bad flash, try reflashing. A bad install, Check for bridges and that all points have a good connection. A bad chip.
