Is there anyway to get this game to play on a v7 with a flip top lid?My backup loads but when i get to the select mission screen the ps2 checks the disc and returns to the red screen asking to insert a ps2 game,I heard something about a special cd boot loader used in conjuction with the swap magic 2 discs.Anyone got any info for me please.

Splinter Cell has probs with certain v7 mods, the apple being one of them. Look here

Just wanted to ask u that
I already hav a Magic 3.1
And almost all my backups work fine
But i hav to press reset once or twice to load the game
And everything works fine
I am having a Mini apple pro( new one)
So should i get the mini installed or stay with 3.1

I would go with the mini. The magic 3.1 has its problems. Plus you can be a guinea pig for the new apple chips.:)
