I burnt some coasters trying to burn this one selfboot and ...
I've just realized all my tests worked.
How ?
Try this (people who also had problems to make this one selfboot) : right after "MPEG softdec" screen, push Start or A or both of them until the start screen comes up. Yes, it woks !

I think Title.sfd or Title.bin can't be loaded on a selfboot CD. I wonder why...
If someone has answers...
