gamecopy to harddrives
I have 100 gig harddrive I am not using but would like to put it to good use. I have about 30 games and what I would like to do is archive all the 30 onto my 100gig drive. If I ever need to install a game onto any of my other harddrives I use that 100 gig drive as where I get the install files from. How would I fool the computer that this 100gig drive is a cdrom drive and have my games point to it as if it is a cdrom drive? By the way I am using Windows XP professional. An help would be great.

You can use Alcohol120% to make images of all cd's, and if you need to install any game you can load such an image in Alcohol120%, it will emulate a virtual cd drive so you can install and play it. As far as I can see it's ideal for what you have in mind, if you have different games installed, you can switch between the corresponding images in less than three seconds if you want to play another game.
