Today i am planning to get a magic 4 any...

Hi peopple around here
Today i am planning to get a MAgic 4
So would u Guys tell me wat all games to test first for which i get to know that the chip really works
Thanks for the help
:)

I wouldn't get a Magic chip - They don't boot any of the more popular games (GTA: Vice City etc...) Get an M2. Much better and steer clear of Magic completely!

Magic 4 ain't a Magic chip. I can't imagine why anybody would wish to get aner than DMS3 or Messiah 2 unless $10 matters.

Ya i think ur correct
Could u name some games which u personally think can boot perfectly on M2 and not on any other chips
Pleez name some games so that i can test on this magic 4 which u think cannot boot on any other modchip other than M2
Thanks charlie

Had to edit your post UrrBodyH8sMe. You know the ever famous mod rule. Use PM.
@ PS2, you would be very happy with an apple. They are inexpensive and extremely reliable.

Why does everyone dawg on the magic chips? I have a friend who has one and has never had a single problem with it ever. Is there no one who has had a good experience with it?

I recently had my v5 chipped with a magic 3.1 I probably would have gotten a messiah but the guy who did it is the only person in my town who does it and he cant get M2 chips so i went with magic. And i cant afford to ship my ps2 off, plus I have a hard time tusring people.

So cant anyone say anything good about the M3.1 chip, cos u guys r freaking me out im starting to think I wont be able to burn any new games when they come out!!

lufcfan 08-06-2003 13:39

NO. Because they don't boot the latest, more popular games. When there are better chips out there for the money, why not 'dawg on the magic chips' and just get an M2?

Hi people thanks for ur wonderful replies
Just kinda one more question
Which chip should i get
Apple 2 pro or the mini apple pro
Thanks

zelos 08-06-2003 20:18

I have a Magic 3 and have never had a single problem with it. I noticed someone said that you can't play the latest games like GTA: Vice City, Xenosaga etc. and I've this game and the only problem I have is it might freeze after like 8 or 9 hours of constant playing. I know this isn't even the topic anymore but just saying Magic's aren't really bad

Hai pleez answer my above question
Which chip to get
Is it apple 2 pro or the mini apple pro
Thank u

bighap 08-06-2003 21:21

I have heard bad things about the mini. Don't know much about the apple 2 pro. I can tell you that the original apple is awesome.

PS2 08-06-2003 21:53

Hai pleez could u tell me wat type of bad things u hjav heard about this chip
Pleez share them with me i am kinda feeling very scared now
Dont want to waste my money
Thank u

PS2 08-06-2003 22:31

Hai bighap
I am talking about mini apple pro and not the mini apple
These 2 modchips r different
were u talking about mini apple or the mini apple pro
I hav canceled my order
And that person is ready to ship apple 2 pro also
So which one do u prefer
Mini apple pro or the apple 2 pro

bighap 09-06-2003 05:56

I was talking about the regular apple mini. Don't know anyone who has tried the apple 2 pro or the mini apple pro. Maybe Charlie can do some tests with these chips or knows how they perform.
