ntsc/pal colour fix point

i have a ps2 pal v7 and i need it to work on a ntsc tv

witch one of the points must be shoder to the ntsc/pal colour fix point the 3.45v or the gnd because the diagram does not talk about a pal motherboard to ntsc tv

3.5v to get NTSC.

when i do it shows in colour but it jump or run
