i made a backup of burnout 2 using flash fxp i transfered all the files burnt it on2 disk using stomp it said copied sucsefull put it in2 my xbox and nothing happens i dont even get a error message please help thanx.

well first things first...what's your chip and the bios you're running. All new games have a media checkso if you have a re-flashible chip re-flash a newest version of the bios. If your chip can;t be re-flashed you need the craxtion multidisc tool to patch the xbe file on the game.

how do i find out wat chip it has as i brought it already chipped.

take the xbox apart and look at the chip to id it. or if you dont want to or can't open the xbox for fear of damage download a copy of isocraxtion patch the default.xbe file on the game then re burn the disc, should get you past the media check

I always use HDDloader 1.1, it patches the the game as it loads it to the hard drive, ( i`m using an older non updatable bios here - atleast not without removing the tsop & reflashing it !! )

Set the evox ini to Autoadd games in the HDDloader and your set.

I also seem to have greater success FTP`ing programs from the Hard Drive, rather than from the DVD.

MULTI GAME DVD DISC
This guide is to help you in the creation of multi game dvd discs for your xbox.
this guide also assumes you already have evolution x "aka evox" installed on your xbox and a
ftp programme of your choice installed on your pc.
you will also need the following programmes.

1.record now max 4.50 ( to burn the finished image to dvd-r)
2.isocraxtion version 1.2 (you will need to obtain a copy of gdfimage.exe from else where
and paste it in to the main folder which contains the isocraxtion.exe file.)

first you have to transfere your chosen games in to temp folders on your pc hd as you would if
you intended to use the "DATA BURN METHOD".

then start isocraxtion by double clicking on the isocraxtion.exe file.
once the programme starts click on the tab at the top of the programme labeled "multidisc"
then click on "multidisc wizard". once you have launched the wizard click on add folder
or add iso depending on how the game is saved on your pc.
if it is saved in a folder as you would for the DATA BURN METHOD double click on the folder
to enter it as the programme requires the default.xbe file. then press select

you can do this several times as there is a bar at the bottom of the programme which indicates
how much of the disc has been used.

once you have the required number of games on the disc click on "create iso's"
and select the destination for the finished iso file.

once you have your multi game iso image you can choose to burn it as a iso or if like me
you don't like iso's. you can use the iso extractor built in to isocraxtion.
once you have extracted the iso to a temp folder simpley burn it as you would a "DATA BURN".
the finished result will be a xbox multi game dvd-r disc.

ps iso craxtion is now in v 2.02 beta.

gdfimage.exe can't post links as it is illegal also if you use the newest versions of isocraxtion you will not need it as they made there own image maker called ximage.exe which is included in the download.

thanx 4 the tutorial i have craxtion version 2.1 so i still need the gdfimage.exe but i dont know where 2 get it from can u tell me please.

Copying new games
 

Hi guys, I am having trouble copying a couple of Xbox games. Red faction II and Xmen. I have tried to use the craxtion tool and even edited the default.xbe file string from E8CAFDFFFF85C07D to E8CAFDFFFF85C0EB. Any help regarding this? Pleaseeeeee...

well i have backed up both of these games i patched them with craxtion and burned them with the data burn method. they play perfectley.
