nero.nrg dvd game help ps2
 

my boy backed up a game for me using nero into a .nrg format. every time i try to burn it it wants to burn a cd, but its like 3.3 gigs, and it wont burn to a cd. any ideas? (yea i have the correct recorder selected)

Tell 'your boy' to make another image. The reason why its 3.3gigs is because its more then likely a PS2 DVD Rom game. You need a DVD Burner in order to burn/copy them.

and its not a ps2 problem, its a nero problem

ne backed it up into a .nrg format, i select my dvd burner as the recording device, and it still wants to burn cdformat, i put a blank dvd in and it says it needs a cdr cdrw, even tho its 3.3 gigs. are there any programs that can change .nrg to something more liked, like .iso?

ok what you need to do is use primo or recordnow max and make the file into a .gi file then burn back to dvd-r , you will find full tutorial in the ps2 section
