NTSC on Pal DC?

Hi, im hoping someone can give me some advice or point me to a tutorial.
I've been having some problems with burning, its a long story , so bear with me...

I have a late model PAL DC, and got some burnt games. None of them are selfbooters , but also wont work with a bootdisc.

After trial and error , i found if i reburnt them as mixed mode cds, with an audio track they will play with the BD.
I have tried turning them into self booters , but again they wont work.

Also, a few of them have problems with sound skipping and FMV skipping, to the point of nearly being unplayable, but others are fine. (The machine plays Gd-roms without any skipping problems)

I dont know if they are NTSC games, but would this explain the problem?
I have run pal patcher on them and it updates them from 50hz to 60.

Oh, i am reburning them with Nero, and setting all files to high, and the dummyfile (when i can find one) to low.

I have tried reading everything i can , but am totally confused.

Any help or links would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Rich

Which games ?

Maybe there's a patch on DC Copy World.
Have you checked that ?

patches

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Yeah ive tried looking for patches for ones like wacky races but had no luck.

I was wondering if the skipping might be due to no dummy file and the files being burnt all over the place on the cd.?

For instance , wacky races jumps all over the place and the DC sounds like its having a heartattack.

Is there anyway to tell what order the files should be in?

And any suggestions for a good dummyfile program?

Thanks,
Rich

Yep : ask Darkfalz for that. :)

Have a look to his great "Sorttxt project" :

It's the best page for your questions.
