Generals Multiplayer miniserver/IP Tool
 

Does anyone know how the Generals multiplayer miniserver and Generals Multiplayer IP Tool works (written by oceanine)? I have tried the ip tool on several versions of game.dat, but I can't get it to work. How do I connect to the mini-server?

If anyone knows how to get this thing work, please post a guide
