Why cant i copy and paste files from cd
 

Can anybody help me

I am unable to copy and paste files from my cd drive or dvd drive to my hdd..

i have an asus m/b with an amd2000 using windows ME

when i try to copy certain files normally large files it comes up with 'unable to retrieve data'

any help would be great!

If you can read this cd from your CD & DVD player than most likely your cd is broken!

Try to clean the bottom surface of this cd and try again
