Burning software for Windows PE
 

I am in the process of developing a CD that boots the windows pre installation edition on any pc. Basically it is a fully funcional stripped down 32bit XP kernel with loads of nice features bar CD recording software, that boots from the CD, no hard drive needed :)

Does anyone know of any burning software that will work under Windows PE, basically what I need is something that installs but does not use the registry.
