Vice City Cracks not working?
 

Hm oddity. I've bought the UK Version Released tomorrow I think (But on sale today........odd) Anyway I downloaded the 1.0 No Cd thingy........extracted it into the folder But I get to the Vice City screen then it asks for the CD? how's that?

You sure you done a full install of the game? (Radio stations...). You sure you downloaded the gimps crack and not FLT's crack by mistake? The FLT crack is a fixed-exe, so it will require cd2 in the drive.

My No-CD fix isn't working either. I did the full install and put on the gimpsRus crack. How can I tell if I did a full install? What folder would the radio stations be in? Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions.

All I can suggest is check the size of the Audio folder in the game directory.I did a full install and my Audio folder is 0.99GB.
I also used the Gimpsrus nocd and it worked perfectly.
Never had any trouble with Gimpsrus stuff(thanks Guys if you're reading this:) ).

OK I checked folder size and it's definety a 0.99GB so full install. I downloaded Both english 1.0 cracks from the main page of CGW and I think they're both the same crack as I am gettin the CD2 Needed thingy. What's the link to the......... Gimp's crack?

Are you sure you are applying the crack properly.
First extract the exe from the rar file using WinRAR
Then make sure you put it in the correct directory. You can be sure you are putting it in the right place if it asks you "Do you wish to overwrite the existing file" (unless of course you are changing the original exe's name beforehand.)

This is the folder you where you should put the no-cd crack if you allowed it to install to it's default directory.
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City

You must make sure that you are using the gimpsrus crack as others have mentioned - it can be found on GCW and it says gimpsrus around it somewhere/
