newbie trying to find out how to patch
 

I am haven trouble lately with games, and was told that they needed patched. If anyone can explain to me how to do this and what i will need too...

Before I explain this whole thing ago, for the 2nd time today, what kinda modchip do you have?

Okay, so my guess is you bought a pre-mod online right?
If so, whats the address? I can go look and see what they are selling.

I ask this b/c theres an easy to to get around patching games. All you have to do is upate the BIOS on the chip. But you need to have a chip thats able to be flashed.

NO A GUY AT MY WORK MODS THE XBOXS. i PAID HIM AND HE CHIPPED MY MACHINE. JUST THE LATEST GAMES WILL NOT WORK. LIKE JURASSIC, MATRIX BASEBALL 2K4 . I AM ONLY PUTTING THESE GAMES DOWN CAUSE MAYBE YOU MIGHT KNOW WHAT KIND OF CHIP IT MIGHT BE. I KNOW THE GUY FLASHES HIS OWN CHIPS

All right, if the guy at work can flash the chips take your XBox back to him and ask him to update your BIOS to X2 4976.02
This new BIOS has an auto patcher, meaning you won't have to patch the games, the BIOS dose it.

You mite also want to update EvoX to 1.8.3752
Some of the newer games won't play right with older vers. of EvoX.
