"Accu" DVD-R Media
 

A friend who uses the Sony 500 burner told me this weekend that he is using DVD-R from Meritline branded "Accu" and that it works 100% of the time. "Accu" is the lowest priced DVD-R available, I think.

Does anyone else have any experience with this media?

Does anyone know who manufactures the discs?

Well, my advice is to try them out for yourself and see if they work on whatever you want them to work on. This is because sometimes discs that work well in drive X and may fail miserably in drive Y.
