How do I know if a game is CD or DVD?

And is there a list online anywhere which lists whcih games are on DVD and which are on CD?

If this has been asked before, sorry, but the search function isn't working.

It will say either cd-rom or dvd-rom on the disc and box. Or if the bottom of the disc is blue it is a cd-rom. Anything else is a dvd-rom.

On the back of the game box, look in the bottom right corner. It will either have the Compact Disc (CD) or DVD-ROM (DVD) logo.

sry didn't read all the question as been asked so many times before , and didn't realise search was not working my apologise, but still if searched back just a few pages would have got what they were looking for

For original games, CD games have a blue bottom; DVD games have a silver bottom.

I'll tell you what I did, go to a PS2 coversite that has pics of the boxes and disc covers. That's the easiest way, outside of going to a store and looking at all of the boxes.
